As an advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of India, I am bound by the following professional obligations:

To represent clients with competence, diligence, and commitment
To conduct myself with dignity and respect toward the court, opposing counsel, and all parties
To not make false representations to any court or tribunal
To keep client funds segregated and properly accounted for

If you have any concerns about the conduct of your matter or feel that any ethical obligation has not been met, I encourage you to raise these concerns with me directly in the first instance. If you remain unsatisfied, you may file a complaint with the Bar Council of West Bengal.
